Hi-Steel HSLA-80
Hi - Speed, high Speed Steel Tool Steel (made) : highly processed into the Tool Steel, carbon content high, while containing cr quantity is low (about 4%), reason burnish of Steel surface gloss darker, after heat can reach by HRc62 high hardness, resistance to rust performance not on a roll.

Heat Resistant Steel

Spring Steel

Alloy and Carbon Steel
Alloy steel is steel alloyed with a variety of elements in total amounts of between 1.0% and 50% by weight to improve its mechanical properties. Alloy steels are broken down into two groups: low alloy steels and high alloy steels. The difference between the two is somewhat arbitrary: Smith and Hashemi define the difference at 4.0%, while Degarmo, et al., define it at 8.0 %.[1][2] Most commonly, the phrase "alloy steel" refers to "low alloy" steels.

Ni - Cr - Mo alloyed cold work Tool Steel with high level hardenability and toughness, fully hardenable in all dimensions
by oil and air, extremely wear resistance, high impact and compression strength, low distorsion, high polishability, suitable
for polishing, texturing, EDM machining and repeated impacts and strong pressures in service.
Applications :
Highly stressed blanking dies up to 12 mm sheet thickness, highly stressed pressing and injection moulds, coining tools,
cutlery presses and stamping dies, hobbing tools, cold shear blades for thickest cutting materials, dies for jewellery,
tools, for heavy cold forming, chasings, plastic moulds, shredder knives, embossing tools, big master hobs, anvils for
hammers rams and pile drivers, dies and punches for horizontal forging machines, rolls for hot work bending machines,
long, slim extrusion stems, bending tools, reinforcing rings, drawing jaws, mandrel holders for extrusion mandrels, forging
